8 Layer Bean Dip
This 8 layer bean dip will make your mouth do the happy dance. This is the perfect appetizer for an evening of movie watching with the family.

- 1 can refried beans 16 oz can
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 can black beans 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup guacamole
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 cup salsa
- ½ cup cheese shredded
- 1 can black olives 2.25 oz can, sliced and drained
- ½ cup green onion chopped
Prepare:
Open a can of refried beans and place in a bowl. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water until desired (and scoopable) consistency is reached.
Open a can of black beans. Rinse and drain.
Open a can of black olives and drain.
Chop ½ cup of green onions.
Assembly:
The first layer will be of refried beans. Follow this with the drained black beans.
Next, you will add guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
Sprinkle cheese, top with black olives and green onions.
Serve immediately or chill, covered. This dip will keep for up to 2 days.
Serve with tortilla chips.
